How we roll

We operate from the fundamental belief that every camper has something of value to contribute. 

We create memorable experiences and  look after each other long after we’ve returned home.

We vibe on starry skies and cozy campfires swirling with ideas, inspiration and music.

We’re the kind of people who cheer every time someone quits a job that doesn’t make them feel good. 

We celebrate every time someone breaks through a limiting belief or mindset they’ve outgrown. 

We dance like no one is watching.

We host activities that foster wonder and joy, and workshops that help anyone exploring a tough but rewarding life transition or is curious about what’s possible.

How Does Camp Work?

CIIYH takes over the YMCA Camp Shady Brook in Deckers, CO, 90 miles southwest of Denver.

There are separate bunkhouses for men and women and you’ll be served delicious, healthy meals each day starting with dinner on Saturday through lunch on Tuesday.

Move your body by swimming, kayaking, paddling boarding, throwing axes, blazing through a ropes course and hiking.

Inspire your mind by choosing from 12 workshops lead by inspiring facilitators from all over the world about getting organized, improving your relationships, starting a business, getting unstuck and many more!

Expand your heart by connecting over campfires, taking the stage during the talent show, bonding with your bunkmates and expressing yourself in endlessly creative ways!

Deepen your connection by getting vulnerable, by giving someone the space to share their emotions and by becoming a more authentic listener.

FYI, no alcohol will be present throughout the weekend, so we can inspire each other to be the fullest version of ourselves.

Camp is in your Heart brings together a diverse group of presenters and facilitators from various backgrounds. Our presenters are passionate about personal and professional growth, creativity, and community building.

They are made up of coaches, therapists, artists, musicians, and experts who bring a wealth of knowledge, experience, and wisdom to our gathering.

The workshops and activities we offer are designed to help participants explore their personal and professional goals, tap into their creativity, and build meaningful connections with others.

How Much?

All of your accommodations, meals, outdoor activities and workshops are included for just $750!

Transportation from the Denver Airport can be inlcuded for an additional fee.

Unfortunately, we can not offer refunds, but individuals can transfer their registrations to another camper if they can find someone to go in their place.

CIIYH is a commercial-free, meaning there are no sponsors of any kind during the event.
